Saturday changeovers (arrivals after 4pm, departures up to 10am). It is possible that we could be flexible with changeover days in low season.

High season - 21 Jul 2012 to 1 Sept 2012 - 590 euros/week
Mid season - 1 Sept 2012 to 20 Oct 2012 - 530 euros/week
Low season - 20 Oct 2012 to 1 June 2012 - 490 euros/week
All prices are per week based on four people sharing. With the exception of the high season period, 100 euros can be deducted from these rates for two people sharing.

Payment is accepted in pounds sterling or euros.
Certain modes of payment may incurr additional charges (eg. international bank transfers). Please ask for further information.
For visitors from outside the UK and Eurozone, payment can also be made with a credit card via Paypal.
A 25% deposit secures your booking with the balance due 8 weeks in advance. We ask for a 100GBP or 100 euro damage deposit, returnable after the end of your stay, should the property be left in good order.
The Christmas period includes seasonal decorations.
Out of season - October to April special rates available for extended or repeated stays
There is parking available nearby.
Babysitting available, rates on request.
A small quantity of groceries can be provided by prior arrangement.
Owners speak French, English and Spanish.
