La Grange is a recently renovated Dordogne stone barn. It is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, with careful attention given to every detail. Many of the furnishings and fittings have been sourced from reclamation yards and antique markets to give an authentic French flavour mixed with modern convenience. 

Downstairs

The charming kitchen has a table for two and is well equipped, including microwave, iron, fridge with ice box, gas hob and electric oven. The sitting room is welcoming and comfortable with a TV and DVD player. British TV is available via satellite. A good selection of DVDs are available and there are a couple of board games.

Upstairs

The cottage has one double bedroom with a fabulous antique bed. All bedding and cotton sheets are provided. The large bathroom features a double ended roll-top bath (with shower over). Towels are provided. There is a washing machine.

Outside

The barn overlooks a sunny and quiet courtyard garden shared with the main house. We will respect your privacy - our two cats, on the otherhand, may not! The barn has its own entrance via the garden.

The barn has central heating via cast iron radiators.There is a free wireless broadband internet connection. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide a travel cot and high chair. Baby or toddler toys can be supplied. We are happy to provide a secure on-site baby sitting service.

Not suitable for wheelchairs, sorry. No pets allowed. We ask smokers to refrain from smoking indoors.
