Rue Marsis is a Dordogne stone cottage over three storeys. There is one double and one twin bedroom allowing the cottage to sleep four. From September through to June it is possible to rent just one bedroom. The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished in a contemporary French style.
Ground floor
The cottage is entered on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cupboard space. There is a microwave, iron, fridge freezer, washine machine, gas hob and electric oven with extractor over.
The dining room is next to the kitchen with a good sized table and chairs for four.
The bathroom is fresh and new and has a bath with a shower over. Towels are provided.
Downstairs
On the garden level, the sitting room is spacious and stylish. There is a TV and DVD player. British TV is available via satellite.
Upstairs
The double bedroom has a romantic charm and the twin room overlooks the garden and the views beyond.
All bedding and cotton sheets are provided.
Outside
The garden is secluded from view and for sole use with the property. It commands fabulous views over the Dordogne countryside. There is a garden table and chairs for your al fresco dining.

The cottage has centrally controlled electric heating for optimum comfort. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide a travel cot and high chair. Baby or toddler toys can be supplied. We are happy to provide a secure on-site baby sitting service.
Not suitable for wheelchairs, sorry. No pets allowed. We ask smokers to refrain from smoking indoors.
